Bob Crozier was early to establish warehouse management and control principles, commissioning the first dedicated art inventory management system, which is now utilized across the industry.

Flanders FAS maintains the strictest custody control standards, including a rigorous 10-point inspection on receipt or release of all artworks and the digital tracking of each object and its location with the facility. Project managers work closely with clients to ensure the inventory database supports any on-going collection management needs.
